Not release ready

I love my Hoist H8 functional trainer, but the app is broken in so many ways.
Can’t create/save workouts.
Descriptions of workouts don’t match the demo videos.
The app simply has not been well thought out and, more importantly, tested.
Hire a development service to create a proper app.

Lousy App

Equipment selection does not include many models they are currently selling (and have been for years). H2200 specifically but I checked others as well Additionally it is abominably slow. Not worth the time to download.

It’s Good

I actually really like this app, it’s great for reference of workouts, how they suggest to do a workout, and comes with videos.

It’s much faster than pulling up a YouTube video.

Only thing I wish is they would add more videos, there’s a lot of workouts the equipment can do that’s not in the app.

I’m not going to deduct for that, because it’s free with is awesome.

Equipment-10 Technology-0

This company makes great equipment, but has zero ability to improve an app to work with that fantastic equipment. Instead, they ruined what used to be a very usable app, causing all previous saved user data to disappear.
