The app isn’t working on sky go and hasnt work on this app every time I try to use it .i want a refund
Never Download!!! Read before installing
Why is this app even in the App Store like, what?! These are three reasons you should never download. 1. Hola VPN is actually just a proxy server connect. It never actually “encrypts” your data. 2. Their so called “Privacy Policy” is not true. They steal your data left and right! 3. Their description in the App Store isn’t close of what they do. They claim it’s the best VPN to hide you IP address. That’s not true. The actual best VPNs in the market are NordVPN, Surfshark VPN, Proton VPN. For best user friendly VPNs are Cyberghost VPN and Express VPN . From these 5 VPNs, these are the VPNs you should be looking for. If you don’t believe me, learn yourself on the web just like me.

No longer works
I’ve used this VPN for almost 4 years but since last April it only works occasionally therefore I will not be renewing my 3 year (direct) subscription. Customer service is poor.
Incidentally don’t be fooled by the name of this company, it’s not Spanish. Just in case it would affect your decision to subscribe (even though it hardly ever works) I recently discovered that it is based in Israel.

I’ve used Hola VPN in the past, and it worked well. However, after subscribing for a month again, it's not performing as expected. I removed it from my devices right after subscription, but it appears I can't get a refund.
Do not download this app
I have been charged £40 for this when I did not subscribe for to the app at all. Please see my emails for a refund asap.

Fake trial as been billed on first day although sate free trial. Avoid at all cost. Blocked app for ever billing me again

Force you to subscribe with THREE authentication popups (totally unusual—who knows what they're really asking for permission for). And after signing up, no sites load at all. It entirely blocks your connection. Completely useless. Deleted.
Misleading
I wouldn’t Say it’s the “World’s most popular VPN” when it’s clearly not, especially considering it only has 1.3k reviews compared to 100mill reviews. I don’t like this app because it says it’s free to use when it doesn’t even give you a few free countries to choose from and you automatically have to choose a plan. So yeah definitely misleading.

I’m paying for a service that is still not working right. I did what Hola support recommended and that is to install their vpn manually. Well, it still does not work the way it is supposed to do.
