Great deal for car washing, app leaves much to be desired.
I just want to wash my car!
I don’t need the app to ask me every seven days how I want to rate it and then only give me the options of ‘good’ or ‘great’… I don’t need the app to shut off my music to have some computer voice tell me ‘thank you for using the app to wash my car’, and then somehow disrupt the Bluetooth connection so now all my music skips unless I reset my entire car link…. And I would prefer not to have to push eight different buttons just to engage the wash cycle.
I would add, I don’t believe there is a single person alive who wants a car wash app that talks to them… please disable the feature of the app hijacking the sound to say thank you or allow users to turn that off in the options.
I am seriously only writing this review because the app kept telling me that it wanted me to review it.
Other than that, it generally works great.

Garbage
The app does not work and there is absolutely no support. I love Holiday but I expect a lot more.

Vacuums never work
Every time I try to use a vacuum it never works!!!!!!

The VACUUM has stop working again. It worked 2 weeks ago and now it stopped. It’s always a problem. Here at the NSL chevrons (HOLIDAY).
Please don’t hijack my music
The audio override that stops my music when I open this app is so annoying.
This app is garbage
This app is garbage. It takes over your audio when connected to CarPlay, does not allow the user to disable announce notifications, and in general is a non-intuitive waste of storage. But, you can’t do the car wash pass without the app.

It’s easy to use for car washes but I have a hard time getting the app to work for vacuuming especially if I just used it to wash my car.

Their app is trash! It doesn’t locate very well and takes forever to get through at some locations and heaven forbid you get a new phone and need to transfer it🤬🤬🤬

Fair program, Awful app
More often than not, the air doesn’t work. I regularly get error messages when trying to use it. Today I drove to multiple locations and got the same error message. Often times when it is “working” it’s almost impossible to adjust the PSI because the buttons don’t work. I don’t know if that’s on Holiday or Excel air.
The minor annoyance I have is how the app is so cumbersome. It seems unnecessary to have to select SEVEN options before getting a car wash. I’ve been using this for over a year, but probably going back to quick quack where I never had any issues.

Good when it loads
Technology is great, when it works. This app has a hard time loading, and I’ve had to pull through the car wash more than once because it won’t load and there are people behind me

It’s fun and easy navigation but it’s not taking the coupon code that’s on my receipts that I got 2 minutes ago.
Not user friendly
Got a new phone, tried putting my pass on my new phone and it won’t allow it. Deleted it off my old phone, which I gave to my daughter. So I tried putting it back on my original phone so I can use it but it still said it wouldn’t install. Completely worthless if you end up changing phones.
Wanted to love
I wanted to love this app, but it’s been nothing but problems. I keep trying to sign up for the membership and it keeps giving me errors and then said I’ve reached the limit of devices I can upload to, and to reach out to their offices. I have only tried to upload it to my one phone, so it makes no sense, I called their number and for someone to answer for over 10 minutes and no one picked up so I hung up.
With car washes going up, you think it would be a little easier and customer service would be a little better. I spent a bunch of time just trying to pay them to wash my car, and it seems like they don’t want business.
