Can’t sign in with express vpn

Every time I try and log in with express vpn, it just goes to a white screen and crashes. Then it says Failed to verify authentication token. Useless app.

Great offer - but be careful not to start the plan by mistake

The app launched the eSIM installation, but this also triggered a question whether to activate (turn on) the eSIM. Just don’t activate it unless you want your plan period to start running. Maybe this is only an issue when you are already in an “activatable” foreign country, but the documentation is not clear, so better to stay on the safe side.

Contrary to some other providers, you can just activate the eSIM on arrival without needing WiFi there

EDIT: I have to remove one star because on my 4G phone in UK, I can only get LTE

eSIM number

I downloaded the app and it prompted me to install eSIM on my phone before I could purchase a data plan and the installation was successful but wasn’t allocated a number how do I go about it please

Fantastic Experience

Activated when I landed in London and had instant connectivity. Connection flight to Barcelona a few hours later and data service never missed a beat! Great experience!

Hidden Pricing Wastes Time

The app itself is fine, but the fact that they hide prices on their website and force you to download the app and register just to discover that it’s unreasonably expensive is frustrating. Why not list the prices publicly on the website and save people’s time?

3 days free through express vpn

Got 3 days free through my express VPN whilst in Thailand for unlimited data. Saving me £11 a day on my EE plan which was only giving 1GB of data on an unlimited UK contract.
Will definitely use on future trips. Set up was very easy and straightforwards. Wish I’d used from start of trip but only got a notification late into the trip

Great service

I was able to try the service out here in Germany and the network service so far has been great. It’s data only but it’s fine. And the fact that’s it’s unlimited was perfect. I recommend this for travelers.
