Hollarhype is one of my favorite apps I have. I go live during long runs all the time and get hyped up from my friends which is so much more fun than running “alone”. My last marathon was the first time I used it on race day and hearing my friends and family’s voices come through is exactly what I needed to get through that race. Highly recommend it!!

Real deal connection without back-and-forth chatter or pre-planning.
I’m in several groups on this app, so I get lots of pings to hype different people up… it feels really good to help boost people up when they need it. And it only takes me 30 seconds. As For getting hypes, I usually go live at the gym or a long walk. Super cool to see who chimes in live. Because it’s all in real time, no matter what people end up hyping feels special because it’s always candid.

I ran a marathon far from home, so my friends and family weren’t able to be there in person to cheer me on. But they sent me so many hypes through this app and it kept me smiling and inspired throughout all 26 miles. Plus, they were able to track where I was in the race using the app. I am so glad I found this app before my race and I will recommend it to everyone I know!

Game changer for my runs!!
This app is incredible!! I’ve been using it since February and absolutely love hearing from my friends while I am running. It is so awesome to hear their voices come over my Shokz and it always seems to hit at the right time when I need that little bit of encouragement! I also really enjoy sending others hypes and being a part of their training and their races. It’s made our running community that much more fun to be a part of! Thank you so much for developing this app!

Phenomenal App
Downloaded this app for my first half marathon. It was absolutely the air in my lungs the entire time. Friends from all over sent me quick messages of encouragement at different points in my race. I loved how it lowered but did not interrupt my music, and the clips were short and clear. It was so encouraging to hear such positive vibes during the race and it really kept me going.

Awesome for connection & motivation
It was such a cool experience to have HH be a part of a charity bike ride I did recently! It was like having a personal cheering squad of family & friends who couldn’t be there, be there. It was almost surreal. Love this app!

Great community builder!
We used the Hollarhype app for our Philadelphia Marathon Weekend Athletes to build community around our team and it was awesome!! We heard such great feedback from our runners that our messages really gave them a boost, and it was nice to be able to schedule pre recorded messages of encouragement as well.

Juice When Most Needed
Hollarhype is a great tool to cheer someone on without having to stand on the side of the road waiting for them to pass by. When I sent a power-up, it gave James the extra juice he needed to keep hammering! Great app!

I was lucky enough to be a part of a charity team piloting the use of the app for the larger charity and to be honest - I don’t want to ever have to do a long run or a race without it!

The best thing on the internet
I love HollarHype. It is my 100% fave app. It is pure joy and I love it. It’s the only notification that I keep on, I don’t want to miss a thing that happens here.
Perfect for marathons
I used this for my long runs in training for the NYC Marathon this year and can’t recommend it strongly enough! You’ll get plenty of hype out on the course on race day, it’s those long cold early morning 18-22 milers all by yourself when you can really use a boost. I used this with a group of friends who were also training for the marathon and I can’t tell you how awesome it is to hear one of their voices pop into my headphones cheering me on randomly when I was struggling up a hill way out on a country road. Give it a shot!

Loved the idea of this app, but has not worked properly in at least a month. Constantly get 404 error and unable to view sessions
