Calming
This app brings me back to my center and reminds me to respect my body.
Science x Sacred!
A stunning marriage of science with the sacred. I love that this app has no ads, no analytics, no surveillance. And that it offers context & encouragement that gives meaning to the biological processes at work. It feels like a wise, loving sister accompanying me each month, calming and energizing as needed. This is how you design with beauty, love, and intention!
