Close to Perfect

There is very little to criticize—and the enhancements are welcome and inventive surprises.

My only minor grumble (not a murmur) is that I wish the watch app hadn't abandoned those who are challenged to justify a new watch to keep current with Apple's software caprices.

I completely understand your point about the Watch app. It’s frustrating when updates raise the bar in ways that make it harder for people to stay current without upgrading their device, and I don’t want that to limit who can use the app. I’ll look into lowering the device requirements for the Watch app and see what’s possible in a future update. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated—thank you for taking the time to share it.

Glad I found this

Family Search stops keeping track of the number of coordinates that an individual completes at 3000. In 2024 I was 120 ordinance is short of 3000. In 2025 I estimate that I did about 5000, however, it frustrates me because they’re not keeping track of them. I don’t feel like I get credit for what I do so with this new app, I will be able to keep track of what I accomplish.

Genuinely Awesome

I love to use the app to teach geography to my daughter. We will pick a temple and zoom in, talking about continent, country, state/territory, city. Then look at the pictures through the more info link. There are always timely updates and it is well managed.

Perfect App

This app is my favorite. I love recording my temple visits. The journal and add a picture make it rewarding, especially when I look back at my previous visits and remember what I wrote.

Best temple app

This is the best temple app I’ve had. It’s easy to put in visits and it has a summary of every temple I’ve been to. It also has church history sites, it can’t be beat.

I love to see the temple

Love the ability to see all the special historical places that the Lord has designated for the restoration of the gospel. I love to be able to track my progress of visiting all of the Lord’s temples, as I travel for work I find it very satisfying.

My only wish is that you would develop an Android version please. I got an Apple for work but I prefer Android devices. Thank you!

This is wonderful!!
I love the option to upload my own photos and that it can track service as an ordinance worker, too!
I’m not seeing how to set a goal, but otherwise it’s all very understandable and fun to use!

I love this app. My phone died an the new down load does not allow me to set goals or record hours worked

Love it!

I just found the app and love being able to see all the temples and other church sites in one place. When we go on trips we will use this to make sure we visit as many sites as possible. There are a lot and we would have missed many of them without the app. Thank you for all your work!

Love it so far

So far it has been fun beginning to add in my history. I do wish that the app offered a way to track open houses attended and exteriors visited, and dedication.
We often have taken our young children to see over the years and it will be nice to be able to add those as well

Hello, thanks for the feedback. While ‘Temples Under Construction’ don’t currently show up on the Visit tab’s “Add” screen, you can add a visit by navigating to it on the Places tab and selecting the “Record Visit” button.

Please Fix Latest Update

Worked great, loved this app until a recent update. The latest update made the app totally unusable. There is now only a thin sliver of temple listings visible when selecting “Add a visit”. I’d be happy to share a screenshot with developers, please feel free to reach out.

My temple journal

I love this app. I use it as my journal where I can write any special feelings I had, or people I saw there, or special occasions. I tell everyone about it. Today, my app won’t open… at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ll cry if I lose all my visits over the last several years. (Specifically when I was proxy for my mother being sealed to her parents.)

I’m sorry to hear you are having this issue. I am aware of a limited number of users who are experiencing a crash upon launch. Please don’t delete the App and reinstall it or you will definitely lose the visits you have recorded unless you have exported them from the Visit’s Option page. I hope to have an update out soon to address this.

Love It!

This app is amazing! I use it to journal about my temple visits and the inspiration I receive in the temple. I love to take a picture of the temple each time I go and adding it to my visit. The best part is the photo gallery that is created for each temple. I’m still discovering more thoughtful features of the app.
