A lot has happened. There have been a ton of improvements across the board, and there is a lot that I could write about. I spent a lot of time on this update, and there is more that I would like to convey. But to get straight to it, I want to share the biggest new features in Holy Scroll: • TON of new translations added! • Awesome new Widgets! • Check out the New Card scroll transition • New icons across the board • Liking verses and adding Thoughts is more visually engaging • Streaks is now Rhythm • Highlighting verses is now possible! • And much more improvements across the entire app. Thank you so much for using Holy Scroll and thank you for all your feedback. Emphasizes how each verse is important

I really like this app. I haven’t read the Bible in too long of a while and I think part of the reason was because I read it like a book. I didn’t take time to really look at and think about each verse. I downloaded this app because I’m giving up social media and was looking for something good that I can scroll with positive feedback. I was surprised because this literally shows the Bible 1 verse at a time. At first I was mildly annoyed because I had to scroll up for the next verse, but as I read it I found myself really taking in each verse without the pressure to move on to the next to finish the chapter. I’ve never read the Bible this way, but honestly I really like it.

Helpful

This has really helped me build a daily Bible reading habit. The developer is right: reading in this way helps take advantage of how I already use my phone. I’m scrolling, but now it’s not always on Instagram. And I have ADHD, so seeing one verse at time really helps me lock in.
