Clunky app that doesn’t load and it’s so slow.
The app really needs an update and some work. As good as the service is, in order to book in a visit, I have to scroll a day ahead in time to make a booking for the correct date. It’s constantly on a wheel of death when I’m trying to load anything, and it’s incredibly hard to press anything and get to chat with anyone.

Used to be a great app...
... until it was upgraded in early 2023 supposedly to allow multiple bookings. The app is now hopeless. It does best allowing you to delete appointments (which you had to ring their hotline to do in the past). However it's useless trying to make appointments (the main intention).
Inexplicably, it doesn't allow people to book Tuesdays (which I need) but keeps booking me into Mondays. When you try to Edit, it only allows editing of time but not date. If you accidentally book the wrong date (happened to me), you have to quickly cancel otherwise get charged a penalty if CarePro has been assigned.
I have no choice but to ring them up to make simple appointments and the customer service will always try to direct you to their app. If the app worked, I'd be happy to use it. I don't enjoy paying international charges each time as I live overseas! And their call centre can be pretty difficult to get through at times. But rather than risk making the wrong appointment AND then having to pay penalty for cancellation once CP is assigned, I have to waste my time calling.
I have reported multiple times with videos and screenshots but up till now, it's been at least 6 months and nothing. Each time the customer service will give me the same FAQ responses e.g., delete app and reinstall, close app and relaunch, reboot phone, etc. They keep assuring me that it's being fixed but if they were serious, they'd have fixed it by now. But no, they're only interested in signing up new customers yet not being able to handle the volume of bookings.

Unstated charges
Be aware. They charge $20 for delivery of meds! They don’t allow pick up and don’t state on their site There are other apps that offer free delivery for meds. Nowhere does it state they charge extra for delivery of meds
Don’t bother, doctor didn’t show up
Booked an appointment, waited patiently and doctor didn’t bother to log on to the call. Asked me to rebook for the next day - complete waste of time.
