Engineers designed and built this. Did anyone test this on actual users? This interface is really bad.
Love the convenience
The Home By Michael & Son app has been wonderful! I am physically disabled and with this app I am able to keep my house comfortable without having to deal with getting up and down constantly. It’s my favorite app ever!
App Doesn’t login
App doesn’t connect or allow login to the Home system, says incorrect account or password

I got a new a thermostat with this app and I realized I can control so much more than just the thermostat. I love this!! Thanks for the great service Michael and son!
Amazing app to control my smart home!
I love this app! It makes my life so much easier! I can control my thermostat remotely, automate my lights, and even tie in things like door locks and video cameras all in one place. It also connects me to Michael and Son who is monitoring my home for issues that require service. I love knowing they are there in my time of need!
