SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!! I loved this app for so long, I didnβt have a subscription and it was still fun. I played this all the time. But one day this little diamond went up. And it wouldnβt let me use anything except the first thing on every category. It was soooooo frustrating and I am super mad now. I am very frustrated and definitely changing design games now.

Getting worse by the day
This app has become a joke. With each update they move another free feature behind a subscription service. Itβs one thing to add new content and ask people to subscribe for it but itβs just pure greed and laziness when you remove things that have been there for free for years and the pretend like itβs new content to use.

Here to agree with reviews by winniethepooh2, et al. This was a great app when it was a one time purchase and pay upgrade for reasonable features at reasonable prices. But the forcing all the original Gold subscribers into a pro priced subscription cost is frustrating. Making the app unusable for those of us here from the beginning was just unnecessary. Literally bait and switch.

I purchased the Gold edition last year for $20. With the new upgrade, it states I can design as usual but changes will not be saved. WTH! You decide to upgrade and charge an annual fee so my purchase is now null and void basically! I am not subscribing for something that I paid for in full that you decided to take back. I should be given a full refund since my purchase isnβt usable. I have sent several requests through support and havenβt received an answer. Now I canβt even start a new project unless I upgrade. This is wrong. Those of us who paid you for a product should still get our product. I want a refund.

At first I LOVED this app, But it started glitching and then when it finally opened the app to make my ππ‘πππ home, there was only one option for π¦π·π¦π³πΊπ΅π©πͺπ―π¨! Seriously, we have a problem.

Iβm frustrated because I bought the subscription just for the app to glitch and now work. So I waisted my money. I tried to get the discount again but it wouldnβt let me. Iβve had this app since 2017, bought the gold membership and now apparently I need a subscription?? Iβm so so so annoyed

I have paid for the highest tier apps of this game for 6 years. $80 is a lot of money but I use this game To relax every night, so itβs worth it. Until yesterday. The most recent update causes the app to crash. It wonβt even open for me anymore.
