What Happened?
Had been using this for years. Guess theres now an update to “Register”. ALL my prior info is lost now. Prob wont use this group anymore.

So, I decided to go ahead and update this today (2/7/26) and now anytime I try to open any project I did (even yesterday - 2/6/26), it just crashes. Can’t use it at all now. Can’t roll back the update. Totally ticked off as I have supported this from the very first time it came out - even paid for gold and all the upgrades. Tons of projects and poof… crash, crash, crash. Devastating.
Edit: new update and can finally open it now. However, you want me to pay a yearly subscription for something I already paid for when you first came out with the Gold version? Why should I have to pay 4 times more per year than the original cost? It says there is some sort of special for those loyal gold customers but it doesn’t last. After that you pay $80 per year. WHAT? I was here from the beginning. You can check or I’ll happily send it to you. I paid for it from the beginning too. For the whole kit and caboodle - every new “floor level” and pack released. I even got other people to pay for it. I humbly apologize to those I sent here who are now faced with additional fees. You would have been better served keeping with the original business model where customers chose to pay for new items. I would have if I liked them. Just as I did before. But this? You will lose loyal customers over this and that is a shame because we are the ones that helped build your customer base with our builds and posts and running events or contests on your FB page or our little groups that got more people to your app and page. That from one of your winners multiple times over. I’m not feeling particularly “fuzzy” towards even mentioning this app to anyone ever again, actually. But to be honest, at $80 a year, you’ll be losing potentially new customers too. That is a whooping amount for an app like this. Especially when there are much more refined apps designed for professional designers with far more accuracy, detail, and dimensional planning capability that cost less. You may not have taken the time to review the competition but I’ve looked at several similar apps over the years when I was first getting into designing tiny homes. Loyalty, ease, and cost kept me here. Cost is no longer a part of that with this new model and loyalty croaked when you wanted to charge me repeatedly for something I already paid for. Ease? Well, I’m smart enough to learn new things easily.
And I thought I was devastated when I couldn’t use this for so many months after your update changed everything. Guess it’s safe to say that, in comparison, that was an understatement.

DO NOT PURCHASE STOLE MY MONEY
I originally bought the full version of this app because I wanted all of the items it listed. I believe it was $20 or $30 to purchase. Sometime after purchasing the full version they switched to a subscription based version and took away access to many of the items I originally purchased the full version for. Seems like an extraordinarily greedy establishment and I will be looking to take my business to a program that is more honest!!!!

Disappointment
What a disappointment. I've supported this app for years and have paid money for full access but the recent updates and constant subscription price increases have pushed me away. The app feels like it's getting worse while costing more. It's hard not to feel like loyal users are being taken for granted. Shame on the owners for putting profits ahead of the customers who helped make this app successful. I'll be looking for alternatives.

you guys suck. ive been using this app for 12 years, I've had gold for 7 of those. the absolute audacity and greed to completely undermine your loyal, paying consumers with the platinum tier is egregious. y'all promise "new updates" and a discounts for current users when we've been lucky to get an update once every year or two for the last 13 years!!!! greedy and deceitful, how dare you put ads on your app that barely functions, is clearly being run by toodlers, and blatantly disregards its users.

Très Décevant
Après probablement plus de dix ans à utiliser et adorée cette app , il en devient très difficile de l’aimer encore . Après avoir payer pour la plus haute version qui devais donner accès à toute future amélioration il demande maintenant 84$ par ans . C’est très décevant car , depuis qu’il on changer pour charger par ans l’app bug tout le temps . Très décevant l’offre de réduction à 9,99 est bien mais aurait du être pour plus qu’un ans pour ceux qui on déjà investi beaucoup de sous dans le passée . J’ai acheter tout les pack au début qui était 4-5$ et acheté tout les autre version après quand il sortait qui en additionnant le tout donne un bon montant et maintenant je dois encore payer 84$ / ans pour des upgrades que je devais avoir gratuitement en achetant le gold plus . Si au moins l’app n’était pas pleins de bug pas résolu cela aiderais mais bon si tu t’abonne pas bien ton expérience sur l’app deviens de moins en moins agréable . Cette app a toujours été un 5 étoiles jusqu’au dernier changement d’abonnement avec un pris exorbitant à mes yeux .

Home Design 3D is the best home design app in the world!
Home design 3D is very good. It is simple and easy to use. It is very different to any other home design app I have used. I have tonnes of projects on the account I use. You can draw rooms for your houses and walls as well as land area so you can have different colours for your garden. There are three views, visit mode is my favourite, and construction mode and 2D view. I’ve got a few other home design apps and none of them are as good as Home Design 3D. You can change the time of day which is not on many of the other home design apps that I’ve got. It is good and I use it almost everyday. I like making silly projects. I recommend it to you if you like that type of thing.

So basically you have to pay for everything. Like who wants to do that. You can't have two floors. Unbelievabl. Worst game ever. Lags alot. Glitches. Too many adds. Definitely do not recommend.

It’s a great app, but
I really like this app. I use it regularly. And I have bought. One of the upgrades I was going to buy the gold upgrade before they updated their game and added the subscription just annoyed me as I want to get the old. Without the subscription and I wanted extra floors along with the other perks all around is good and I really enjoy using it but that annoyed me.

Lighting?
So i wanna start by saying this game is great 😊. But sometimes my house is too dark and i cant fix it. Now, i know that is not a glitch. But i put lights on the ceiling to see if they gave light. They don’t. So i was thinking, maybe you could make lights actually give light. Just an idea.

De toutes les app de design de maison que j’ai connu, celle-ci est la meilleure 👍🏻 C’est simple à utiliser et les meubles et textures sont de bonne qualité. Et j’adore qu’on puisse visiter en 3D comme si nous étions en temps réel dans la maison 😄 Et j’aime tellement les nouvelles fonctionnalités et meubles que vous avez ajouté récemment 🥹 J’ai fini par me convaincre d’obtenir le plan annuel 😅

Poor interface. No initial use tutorials and several click and drag functions that don’t make sense. Ok idea, poor execution.
