Worst service or call it a scam
I ordered “multi layer cabinet with independent password locks 2 layer“ on 31 July, but I still haven't received this product. I received a call from your side on Friday 7th August about whether I received the product or not. I told them I hadn't received it, and I didn’t get any call from your side. Your executive said I would get it by the next day, Saturday; otherwise, I would receive it on Monday 10th August because Sunday is a holiday. 10th August Monday has already passed, but I still haven't received the product, nor have I received any call from homeessentials store,

Worst delivery experience
None of the contact details in their app or website is working . I ordered on 10 July . No idea where is the order. In app it is showing that multiple attempts done for delivery .No delivery attempted yet. Really bad team and service . This would be my last purchase from them.

Extremely disappointing experience. The wrong item was delivered, and instead of quickly resolving the issue, the exchange process has been slow and frustrating. Customer service has been unhelpful, communication has been poor, and I have had to spend my own time following up on a mistake that was not mine. A company should take responsibility when they deliver the wrong product and ensure a smooth resolution for the customer. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. I expected much better service.

I have ordered sofa cover and waited for one week to receive my product. Received a wrong product, tried to get help from customer care which is full of arrogant people and not ready to help you. Just they will make you wait and wait. Don’t buy anything from this app. It’s a scam !

I recently bought a sofa cover from home essentials. I did not like the quality of the product. It was too thick and felt like a rug. I raised so many requests to return it but their customer service didn’t pay any heed. What is the point of buying from an online store if you cannot return it in case of any issue. I ordered a shoe rack from here. The quality of the shoe rack was not good and and the door of the rack keeps snapping on its own. When I raised it to their support they did not care about it . Bad quality products
I ordered a chair: the rexin is torn, parts are missing, it is fully dismantled and no branded box or any instructions at all. Just good looking photos bad products. Avoid. Not to mention it is a hassle to even return the product even after it being so bad.
Absolute frauds, shipped wrong item, wont accept return.
I ordered their beige sofa covers, visible color mismatch because what I received were light cream more inclined towards white. Shared the video recording, items are packed, unused in original packaging. Return declined because according to their eyes white and beige are same.
Poor customer care
No response to the replacement of a wrong product sent. They have sent a 2k product for a 3299 priced product which is clearly cheating and no response from the customer care when query is raised
Manipulates product ratings on this app.
I purchased a insulated lunch box but it was delivered without cover. Also the segments in lunchbox were not leakproof and everything was getting spilled even after closing the box. I wrote the same review on product ratings and to my surprise the review was taken down not once but thrice by the home essentials team.

I ordered a glassware which was delivered shattered, company denied to process refund and only coupon was issued ie they are strong arming customers to again buy their products , further contact number more the customer service is all the more pathetic, they will not listen to your problem will make false commitments to the extent they will disconnect your call on your face

I am never going to use home essential ever again - Ordered product on Nov22 2025 its been more than 18 days they are unable able to delivery my product, Flipkart or Amazon would have made delivered 3 times in that same time - totally waste of time and money, pathetic service, going to file a complaint if they don’t refund.
