I am never going to use home essential ever again - Ordered product on Nov22 2025 its been more than 18 days they are unable able to delivery my product, Flipkart or Amazon would have made delivered 3 times in that same time - totally waste of time and money, pathetic service, going to file a complaint if they don’t refund.

Its around 15 days, i am still waiting for my order and there is no way in the app by which i can connect with them. They have stupid whats app chat option. Where you ll get only automated replies.

I had purchased an automatic dustbin which turned out to be the worst product..The customer service is terrible after several messages and calls the item was returned but after returning instead of refunding my amount they gave me a code to purchase a different product and after checking their site 95 percent of the products are out of stock so my money is stuck for nothing.You can't even buy anything worth with that code provided..Worst online shopping experience so far!!!

The product that I ordered is now not showing on the app plus after complaining they accepted that the product has manufacturing defect still no return is possible.

This is a complete fraud. They canceled my order worth 5k and did nit even inform me. After not receiving product for multiple days, I went back and checked to fjnd the order was cancelled but there was no communication. I contacted the customer support for refund which is still not done after 10 days and multiple calls to them. They have blocked my number as well.
