Just wanted to share that our Banking Relationship with Home Federal Bank, Sevierville Branch, is by far, the best continued Customer/Banking we have EVER experienced. Home Federal Bank has always been there for my wife and I for almost 30 years. The Sevierville Branch Employees are the BEST !

Best bank ever
Home Federal and now with updated Home Federal app it is so easy to Bank. Every branch I go to is fantastic, I love the professionalism and the hometown feel. I won’t go anywhere else. They really care about me as their customer. And they do treat me like family.

I have been a Home Federal customer since 1983. They continue to provide great customer service no matter if I go to the bank in East Knoxville or West Knoxville. The kind greeting, great customer service and the willing to assist the customers in any way possibly.
Home Federal could share some that great training with some of our other banks in Knoxville.
I have accounts at other banks but the customer service does not compare to Home Federal Bank.

Please fix
This last update broke the app. First after updating several days ago, it kept giving me an error saying it could not log in at this time, please try again later. After a couple of days of this, I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. After launching it, now gives me another error. Loading failed. The operation could not be completed.

Home Town Bank plagued by Small Town Thinking
I’ve been a HF customer for years. When all the other banks in town moved online, HF dragged their feet. When they did finally go online, it was like the developers were stuck 10 years behind their counterparts. Take something simple like full-screen, landscape-mode capabilities on the iPad. Nope. Not supported. Or creating your own user ID. Nope, gotta use the one issued by the bank. This bank touts their conservatism as a benefit, but it’s really not when it comes to their online offering. As others have said in other reviews, the app doesn’t bring anything new to the game that you can’t do through your web browser. Unless you have some weird reason to use this app, don’t waste your storage space loading it onto your device.

Latest Update is Broken
The app worked great, and the they decided to overhaul it. Now it crashes instantly when opening.
Was good but they broke it
This app was pretty good, but the new update has broken it and it now crashes on launch with a SSL Certificate error.
