App won’t authenticate with google or new user and won’t reset password. App should be removed from the App Store.
Seems to be defunct
Can’t log in with my existing password and it won’t accept my email address to send a reset link. Does Apple not have a system for removing abandoned apps?
Won’t take my email address
The app looks very promising however it refuses to accept any email address I enter when trying to sign up. It states that email address already being used.
Email already taken
I am new user and I was unable to log in. It stated email already taken.
I used to like it……
I loved it, now I can’t even sign into the app. I’ve lost all my information because I can’t access it.
Unable to register with email address
My husband & I downloaded the application today and attempted to register with our email addresses only to find they have been taken. Very concerning in light of the current scam environment.
When we submitted a password reset request, I received an error message that my request could not be processed followed.
Removing the app and looking for another solution.

I like it but….
The first appliance I but in was my refrigerator, it went in perfectly. When I looked up the manual for it, it had a dishwasher manual in it. I wish it was for my dishwasher. When I put in my dishwasher it gave me a manual for a different dishwasher. I guess it can’t find manuals very well.

Both an “account” or address should be optional to provide for those who plan to access service personnel. Otherwise, said personal information is being taken in lieu of payment. If something is free, you are the commodity. My info is not necessary for the functions Id be using the app for. If I decide to use a function that needs that info for in person services, then allow it to be entered at that time. Id rather pay a one time fee then give my pmi in conjunction with a list of what I own to be used by and/or targeted for ads, sales persons, and other not explicitly authorized purposes. Very disappointed.

Very intuitive app
What a useful app for contractors, new home owners, property managers, the list goes on. Very easy to use, I added my fridge and dishwasher and realized how many things I need to do to maintain these appliances. Then I realized the manuals were right here in my phone! Amazing.
Not accurate
I installed the app today and added my first appliance, a GE microwave oven. It read the model number but I had to manually enter the serial number. I triple checked and both were accurate. I looked at the manual for the microwave but what it gave me was a manual for a dishwasher. Totally useless!

This is a great app for home maintenance and appliance repair. I love having all of the user guides for my appliances in one place and up to date.

Crashes at launch and won’t open. iPhone XR
I downloaded it and loaded and it constantly crashes and won’t launch
So Frustrating
Not easy to edit. I accidentally chose Air Conditioner as I was trying to add my garbage disposal. I have over 100 apps on my phone and I can usually figure out how to use most of them no matter how they are designed. Once I added my garbage disposal as an air conditioner, I could not edit and change it back to a garbage disposal. The app kept prompting me to take a picture of my appliance again (presumably to start over?). I definitely did not want to do that if I was going to be adding a second garbage disposal. Worst of all, the maintenance reminders are triggered by the type of appliance so my maintenance schedule was prompting me to change the filter on my garbage disposal! Again, I could not simply change the type of appliance without having to start all over. Once it seemed like I was only going to have to start over no matter what, I couldn’t delete the appliance either! It was easy to delete my account and that’s why I gave it the extra star.

This app is perfect for organizing all my appliance manuals in a single digital library. With multiple units this helps me get ahead of unexpected repairs and part replacements that cause problems. The reminders for preventative maintenance not only extends the life of appliances but ensures they run more efficiently.

Simply Nice Home Manager
Really find this app convienant to keep inventory of your home things even though developed for Real Estate agents/Professionals use. Easy to use, automated to lookup some items but I found the lookup could not find many items I requested to lookup. overall real nice to use but would like to see more manual input of items for those items that are not listed; like I wanted to list home automation Cameras, which cameras is not a listed item, and I could not manually type it in. BUT, I worked around. I am not an Realestate Agent or Professional but I am using it for my personal home stuff. works great. I had a simple DIY database I created to keep track of my home inventory but will trasnsfer all my data to this app. like it a lot

As a Contractor I get lots of frantic calls from home buyers or first time owners because they have no idea how old or what the maintenance schedules are on appliances that they did not purchase. This easy to use app (take a picture, enter model & serial No.& your done)retrieves and stores manuals, recalls & useful information like Filter life, maintenance schedule & known issues. If your not in to DIY then just share your app info with your chosen Appliance Professional. I look forward to sharing this with my client base. Finally an APP that delivers the “holy grail” of usefulness& peace of mind!!
