Beware
The app is a great concept that I wanted to love but unfortunately had an awful experience. I was missing the house numbers of the service address in my bookings. There’s no option to update the booking so I updated the address in my account and sent the address in in the “Admin Chat” where they informed me the address was incomplete. Well my messages would send but wouldn’t go through. I called support, no answer. Left a voicemail, no callback. I had NO way to get ahold of them to tell them the house number!! So the two bookings were canceled and I was charged 50% a total of $330. I need my house and pool cleaned and have no time to deal with dead end support options. Home in One you need to have someone answering calls for your support line. I would have had multiple weekly recurring services with you but now that bridge is burned.
