Unable to find device
Im unable to find my home diffuser. First time downloading app and its already asking me for password when i havent even signed up or added device.

Don’t let me chanche the password and don’t shows my device.. I’m sorry but this is my opinion.
The app is compromised
Terrible experience. After years the app doesn’t even appear on my phone to reinstall. When open the app it doesn’t respond at all.

I bought 5 essences, I don't know what happened, it doesn't recognize my password, I don't remember what it is, nor is there a way to reset it, the app is very, very poor and very bad, no matter how good the products are, without the app you can't enjoy the essences, they should fix this please.
App does not work
And if the app does not work so does the product.
Worst App ever
The App doesn’t work if you’re away from home, lets say you’re at work or somewhere else and forgot to change the frequency of your device, you CANNOT DO IT!!!! If you want to show someone else how much time you have setup, YOU CANNOT DO IT!! That is besides you can’t do anything else in the App. Worst App ever.

App does not work
App is horrible. Can’t log in. The item itself isn’t cheap and should have an app that is well put together. My machine goes off every two minutes and the app won’t allow me to change the amount of times it goes off, overpowering my house with the smell and making it overbearing. Fix this!

Awesome app and product
I have been using this product for about three years and I have gifted it to the my entire family. I have never had a problem with the app. Whenever I’ve had to call customer service, they have walked me through every step of the way. I recommend this app and the product.

Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth

The app won’t take your password after a month. No option for resetting password and no way to change settings on the plug in device. Very frustrating

Muy mala el app los y difusores, ni que decir el servicio igual que cómo funciona la app cuando fui a comprar los repuestos de aroma, terrible! Además no se como no les importa el servicio al cliente si ve tan malas reseñas no hacen algo por el app. Que pérdida de dinero

Mine is going off every minute and I’m wasting all of the oil. I cannot change it. It doesn’t matter. I’ve only had it a few weeks, not even two weeks and it won’t let me log back in. This is absurd. Somebody better get back in touch with me because I’m all about small claims court at this point I’m sick and tired of getting in screwed over I’ve had enough!!!! these are not cheap to have a crappy app set with it is pretty crappy of them!!!!!!

Bad app
Same as everyone, but I searched and searched and almost all companies use they same and they come with a set password which is 8888 , try this and see if it works. It did for me. I couldn’t change my settings because of the password.
Doesn’t not work
App ask for password and does not let you put forgot password. Overall is does not good .
