Stopped Working after a year
App was missing from apple store for months. Finally it showed up, completely frozen. App support website page does not work. Their support is a joke.
Worst system ever
There is no technical support available. Every night at 10 PM all of my room lights turn on till next morning. There is no way I can Reset it, no option of resetting , no help desk available. I keep sending emails to them. Never got a reply.

Stopped working and nothing I do gets the app to work. I have no home automation. What a joke!!
Terrible
After a year it stopped working, screen frozen. I restarted iphone, removed and downloaded app again, but nothing worked. Customer service did not help when contacted either. Now I cannot adjust AC or heating in my house since it all is tied into this app. Never use it. Garbage
Terrible Support
App stopped working, I contacted them to ask when the fix may be coming, the response is that it’s apples problem to fix. Meanwhile it’s been almost 2 months and nothing, any other app I’ve contacted usually say that they are working on the issue and it is resolved shortly afterwards. 👎 this app is junk if your stuck with there products I’m sorry about your luck, starting to consider new options.
