Frequently crashes
I can’t get past loading the plants without the app crashing.
Sadly, not what I was hoping for.
I’ve been looking for an app to help lay out some basic beds in my yard. Thought this might work. I downloaded it thinking I could print a garden plan based on the plants I placed in the AR design. Unfortunately the app does not produce a garden plan. It only gives you plans for the pre designed gardens already in the app. Disappointing.

App won’t even load on startup.
App won’t load. It starts up, changes orientation to landscape, then has a background with a white daisy. No progress from there after 10 minutes. Multiple attempts to close the app and reload. No progress. Same issue.
Tried to get assistance on the product support page. Filled out all requested info, detailed my problem… it won’t submit. “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” No thanks. I’m done.

Can’t get past postal code entered it several times and I can’t pass the first screen garbage

Don’t…
…unless you’re an experienced landscape designer who is already very experienced in using design tools, this app is pretty much useless. There’s minimal in app support, and no online support. There’s multiple HomeOutside apps, but they do not interface. You can’t import a photo into the app to design around, and all you get is the planner app is a bunch of blobs of color to move around. As I say, all this may not be problematic for experienced designers, but this app is certainly not for a newcomer.
