Love this pizza, it will always be a family favorite.
Needs updating
At first, the app worked without issues, though the interface is a bit outdated. However, recently the app just crashes when creating a pizza. It has become such an annoyance that it’s inoperative. Please fix this issue.

Options for food is limited.
Example: there’s mozz sticks, garlic bread, cheese bread, fried pickles, etc. BUT no option of adding extra sauce or substitute sauces (ranch for marinara, etc.)
Unclear why there is an app honestly when there’s NEVER any available rewards - even though email is registered for rewards/coupons and we frequently order.
So between the fact that you cannot order everything you want, and the there are no rewards for being a frequent flyer, there’s no reason to use the app when you can just call in the order.

Corporate love
Had problems with pizza quality. Stuck it out and ate the thing. Decided to give corporate a ring. They saw my point about the joint. They gave me another chance so I put a second visit in my plans. I’m singing a song because they corrected what was wrong. Thanks to the HRInn team.

Horrible app
Great pizza HORRIBLE APP. I cannot login because I haven’t registered. I can’t register without logging in. Tried to create a new account only to find out my phone number is already in use. I guess it’s already in use for the unregistered account that I cannot access.
Unbeatable pizza
I use the app as you automated system is encouraging us to. I asked that you send plates because I’m at a hotel on vacation…. No plates. Then I get to my room and open the box that has obviously been dropped. The pizza is just everywhere. I try calling the restaurant and no one answers( I called 5 times so far). The delivery service they used says I gotta call the restaurant. This is ridiculously crazy what we go through after we spend our hard earned money.

Doesn’t work
Can’t apply coupon codes. Changes order when checking out. I reinstalled app many times. Called and went to HRI for help. Always problems.
Reset password doesn’t work
I forgot my password to log in so I clicked on ‘Forgot my password’. I received the email that says ‘Click here to register’ but there is no place to click on. Then a couple of times the app says my email isn’t registered!!! Unbelievable.

It would be helpful if you had a way to check gift card balances on the app.
App has issues
I downloaded and used the App today for the 1st time. My card was charged for an extra large pizza but when I got to the location in Darian they had no record of my order, yet it was deducted from my debit card. Waste of time. Now I have the headaches of trying to get the charge reversed.

If you want real Chicago pizza, this is as real is it gets. The buttery flaky crust is amazing.
All good, except…
Not sure why there’s a whole rewards section if they never add up. I order at least once a month and I have 0 rewards or coupons ever.
Coupon doesn’t work
I downloaded your app and it states if you order from the app you get 10.00 off with code PZATEN but it doesn’t work!!!
Burnt
Just picked up my pizza and it was burnt! Waited all of that time and can’t even eat it.
