There are no instructions for connecting, and if you use the app it asks you to scan QR code, and there isn’t any to scan. The U tube video has an indescribably irritating person arrogantly explaining the product, but also is useless in assisting setting up this camera

This is not the app needed to setup my Wyze products. Being charged $39.99 is a total scam and you get no reply to the “contact us”

Don't buy. Once you buy this device they require you to buy an internet service to keep it running. Almost $500 a year.

I downloaded the incorrect app that said it was compatible with my cameras. It was not compatible and I contacted my Camera company and they said not to download. They won’t refund my money and they won’t talk to me. It took five minutes to realize that it wasn’t compatible with my cameras and I tried to cancel it and it says it won’t be canceled until 2027 because I’d already downloaded it and paid for it. They would not respond!!
