Can’t get the app to even find my network. No response from my email two days ago. Guess I’m out about $30. If you like to gamble, give them a try, but I can’t recommend this app at all.
Ive already BOUGHT The cameras. WHY PAY for access?
WHY should I pay to access the cameras that I purchased FROM you!?! These cameras cost me a lot of money and it came with s certain amount of storage of memory- WHY are you making me PAY for that storage now?

Nothing more than dating switching you download the app for free because they should just charge for that and be upfront about the charges instead of being elusive and tricking people and downloading it. I’m gonna find out that it’s not a free app at all. I only order in app purchases. That’s all there is.

Confused this app with Wyze and had to pay a yearly fee
I accidentally downloaded this app thinking it was the ‘Wyze’ app and had to pay yearly subscription of $30. I am not even using this app and do not even know how to cancel and get the refund. Can you please help?

This is the first thing that comes up when you search for the wyze security app and this is NOT what I needed. They took $30 of my hard earned money. Dirty.

Won’t let me even view camera without paying a subscription. Also keeps asking me for a review everytime I back out of their subscription screen so here’s the review.

Don’t get this app
I purchased a camera (Wyze Cam) and I looked up the app and selected this one and downloaded it, not realizing it was the incorrect one. Once I went in, it doesn’t have you create a log in but wants access to your WiFi and keeps popping up to leave a review, do not get this app. Make sure to look for the correct app for your camera. This one is phony, not sure why even allowed to be in here , probably scammers to be honest.

Nice looking camera but I don’t understand why is it so much to hook up I should be able to not have to buy a subscription I should be able to just hook it up so I will be sending it back unfortunately.

I download this app thinking it was the right one for my camera I got a plan for a year I didn’t want. I tried to cancel and get the refund because I clicked by mistake. I did don’t respond. It’s a spam.
Subscription?
I was not told about one when I bought it and haven’t been able to figure out how to hook it up for free or pay as it’s only using Google payment atm. Hopefully this review stops popping up now
Aqara is way better
I could not connect without the company trying to sell me their service 3 times. They asked me to rate them within 5 seconds of opening the app for the first time. There are better companies that allow local storage on the device that are way better.
