What a joke
Disappointing Experience - Poor UI, support?, No Refund
I contacted support and received no response. After spending over three hours trying to make the app work, I requested a refund. Again, silence.
If you’re looking to design a bathroom, I strongly recommend Reece Australia’s Imagin3D planner. It’s free, far more user-friendly, and delivers professional results without the hassle.
