Been using this for about 3 years now, it only catch certain movements and only record for 30 seconds. I’ve changed the settings and still no luck with it. Battery does last a week or longer. Now I’m dealing with it saying “offline” without any additional information. Frustrating I must say.
Tracker does not work well
It’s continuously panning to a stationary plant that does not move and a jacket. It’s identifying them as vehicles and a person and will not track the moving cats 90% of the time.

Slow Loading Server
Previously I used IPC 360 app, which I was very happy with until the developers quit supporting it. They suggested to transfer to this app. I have 3 cameras using this app and I constantly get the message “Loading the Server”. Sometimes I get the message that the Wi-Fi is poor quality or some other type of message. When I go to the camera and check the signal strength it is always excellent. I’m very frustrated with the quality of this app.

App won’t stay logged in
Was good first week.
Camera
Since the last update my camera is blurry whereas it was very clear before. Please fix this
Patchy
Half the time it won’t let me log in and/or can’t connect to server. Really annoying.

PRO TIP!!!! open the app and forcefully close a bunch of times will force the server to connect so you don’t have to wait.
Rubbish app and cameras.
The app is horrible. It fails to load footage. I have one good camera and one bad camera (which had to be returned). Got a replacement. Now, one camera seems to be okay, but the other camera’s battery drains at a much faster rate than the other one. It can go down my 10% in half an hour. This is not good. I won’t be buying Virtavo again. That’s two dodgy cameras in under a year.

iPhoneでの不具合
検知設定なしにしても、反応します。朝はカメラにアクセスするのに時間がかかるようになり、ログインに失敗しましたと表示されます。少しの振動で画面がピンクになります。色々不具合多めです。
No SD card available
When I first got the app it worked nicely with the SD card. Now it keeps turning off SD card and wants me to pay for cloud service. I’m not paying for something I don’t want. Camera is ready to be thrown out anyway. Your app sucks
Virtavo App Review: Poor Connectivity Despite Strong WiFi
I’ve been using the Virtavo app with my cameras, and I’m quite disappointed. Despite having excellent WiFi coverage and running speed tests that show no issues, the app consistently struggles to connect. The cameras frequently show as offline even when they’re clearly connected. Cloud recording is also hit or miss—sometimes it saves, other times it just doesn’t. Given my strong internet setup, it seems like the app itself isn’t reliable. Needs some serious updates to improve stability.

繋がりが悪すぎる
何かあった時の為のカメラなのに あまりにも繋がりが悪すぎる ずっと電波がくるくるして全く動きません 何かあってからじゃ遅いです 使い物にならない

Well we both seemed to have made the mistake of buying this camera. Seems decent online but it doesn’t work half the time without me logging into the app and forcing it to connect to the internet. Very obnoxious and would never recommend another product made by this company.
カメラの画質はいい
ガッカリです。1年2ヶ月使ってますが、とうとう壊れた？充電いくらしても電源入らず、リセットしても動かず、、、。そもそもバッテリー不足になる度に取って充電しての繰り返しで、バッテリーも1ヶ月はもたない。まあ、安いだけあるのかな
アプリが落ちるようになった
2週間前のアプデ以降、アプリが落ちるようになってしまい、全くカメラが見れません。
月額払っていてこれでは困ります。

一昨日から全然つながらなくなりました。困った。
急に落ちる
今日いきなり落ちるようになり、繋がらなくなりました。削除して再インストールして、再起動もしましたが、何回やっても落ちます。問い合わせしようにも開けないから連絡できません。
