User reviews

Glitchy app, bad customer service

There were several features in the app that had annoying glitches, one of the prominent ones being in the “Rewards” section. App could use more work before they try to charge these ridiculous prices.

They also charged us twice for the subscription yet other household members never got the paid version despite the app’s claim that only one subscription is required per household, NOT per member.

Finally, I emailed the customer support three times about the fact that we couldn’t use the app as it was continuously demanding payment despite the fact that we had already paid, and didn’t receive a response.

Don’t bother downloading this app, clearly the developers only created it as a money grab and have no interest in putting the customer first. Waste of money.

Simple yet functional

I also like how they respect peoples privacy and also allow self hosting.
