Used to be pretty good but nothing works anymore. System permanently offline and I’ve been locked out of my main unit.
I’ve sent several messages asking for assistance but nothing back.
I can’t view on my iPhone either as it constantly tells me device is offline. I’ve done all the suggested things and still nothing.
Will need to look at a new system now but will be sure not to buy another one of these by Homeguard as it’s a complete waste of money.
Avoid at all costs.

App doesn’t work properly
App doesn’t work if you want to view your cameras remotely, just states the cameras are offline, absolutely no customer service, send emails and messages with no response at all. Crap service

All you need to do is to update the fw on the NVR/DVR, that’s why you get error.
