Series & Model Number doesn’t match

I bought an Airfryer from Malaysia during a tour. My purchased model was 5000 series 9255/90. App isn’t available in my region so I used VPN to download. When I tried to connect it shows a device named 5000 series 928x available. At end of the setup it shows invalid model number. Later I saw there is 3000 series 925x model number available but it doesn’t show any connect option. Honest this is frustrating I can’t use smart features on this Airfryer.

Terrible UI and slow app

If you’re going to sell a premium smart device then the app experience should mirror the performance. While I love my Philips Airflyers the new app is a total let down. The UI is slow, bloated, and counter intuitive.

Latest update

Thanks for nothing, because the latest update requires iOS 17.0, I have now lost the use of the app.

The app is so slow to use. I have fast internet, hence I don’t believe the fault is to do with that. 😕

Don't buy philips wifi airfryer

I've been trying to connect my newly bought Series 5000 XXL HD9285/91 Airfryer, and I just can't connect it.

I can find the exact model in the app, and I only have the option to choose the HD928X. When I try to connect, it keeps saying every time, "Unable to join Philips setup Wi-Fi." for a feature that they heavily advertise and are proud of, this sucks. I'm returning it if it doesn't get fixed within two days.

Do not buy Philips Wi-Fi air fryers.

Bug de l’application

Super application qui permet de retrouver et personnaliser des recettes partagées. Dommage que depuis quelques jours il est impossible de créer et partager de nouvelles recettes : une fois les ingrédients ajoutés et enregistrés, la fenêtre pour décrire les étapes ne s’ouvre pas. On ne peut donc partager que les ingrédients d’une recette sans explication ni commentaire. Est ce un bug de l’application ou la dernière mise à jour ? Je vais attendre pour partager à nouveau mes recettes.

Je reçois ce jour votre réponse me demandant la référence de mon appareil Philips. Je possède un air Fryer d’une autre marque mais avec lequel je peux suivre les recettes partagées par les membres de votre application et partager mes propres recettes. A ce jour le problème n’est pas résolu lors d’une création de recettes. On ne peut toujours pas accéder à la fenêtre de la description des différentes étapes et donc pas proposer de nouvelles recettes. C’est dommage. Je ne peux pas faire de copie écran puisque en appuyant sur « ajouter une étape » la fenêtre clignote et se ferme au lieu de s’ouvrir pour écrire…. Pouvez vous corriger ce bug ? Merci de me tenir au courant

Inconvenient Registration process

It is taking home.id as username to register but it is not possible to have same username for everyone. The registration process should accept all information details as input and verify and validate it if can be accepted.

New update sucks

Updated the app and now I can’t log in and have lost all my favorites and my recipes, again…

Stupid!

This stupid app doesn’t work. I bought an air fryer from VS and I was told to look for recipes on this app but this app just doesn’t work! Stupid!

اشتغلت عندي شهرين فقط ويعدين تشتغل لمباتها واضبطها التوقيت والحراره واضغط تشغيل لا تعمل ولا اسمع صوت المروحه

Limpe o cache e os cookies do aplicativo nas configurações do seu telefone. 3. Reinstale o aplicativo HomeID. 4. Tente reabrir o aplicativo HomeID e veja se ele trava novamente em uma tela azul. Compartilhar não funciona

A opção de compartilhar dispositivo não funciona. Só dá pra usar apenas em um celular, não dá pra compartilhar o controle porque não funciona! E o suporte? Mandaram reiniciar o roteador, piada né? Quando o qrcode é lido em outro celular não acontece nada além de abrir o app, só isso!!

Atualmente, o recurso de compartilhamento de dispositivo não está disponível, e o aplicativo pode ser usado em um telefone por vez. Enquanto isso, um segundo usuário pode fazer login no aplicativo e emparelhar o dispositivo usando as mesmas credenciais que você. Assim que o segundo usuário for emparelhado, o primeiro usuário será automaticamente desconectado. Model missing in app

I bought a new air fryer. The app cannot find it. It like it only exists in store and my kitchen it’s NA320/00

Hard to find first use instructions

Arghhh! I just want a quick start guide, how do I do the new device burn off? Instead I get recipes, Philips promotion materials and nag screens to register my device etc. Ok whatever I’ll google it and watch a YouTube video instead.

Spam les notifications memes si désactivées

J’ai désactivé toutes les notifications de l’application (donc les notifications d’offres et bons plans, etc), sauf les notifications « essentielles au système », mais Philips considère visiblement que continuer à m’envoyer quotidiennement des notifications à but commercial et d’offres sur leur produit relève des notifications essentielles. La seule manière de ne pas se faire spammer de notifications indésirables est donc visiblement de bloquer les notifications de l’application.
C’est bien déplorable de forcer ses offres sur les gens de la sorte.

Nothing is working properly

We have one of the most expensive airfryers. It was a headache to connect it to the network to app. It was connected to the network but than failed to sync with the app.
Now, they are giving us this advent calendar but when yiu open it.... "Oops, loading recipe failed. Please try again."
