Payment Processed Without Confirming Withdrawal Date

I clicked “Make a Payment,” and it automatically processed the payment without first asking me what date I wanted to schedule the withdrawal for, like it does on the website.

Wont even let me log in

I was excited to see that there was finally an app for this, since the website is such a nightmare to use—surely this would be better. Wrong. It won’t even allow me to click the logon boxes to enter my information. I tried exiting out, restarting my phone, checking my wifi, everything. It allows me to navigate through the other tabs but no matter what I do it doesn’t let me enter my information to log in. So pretty much useless, unfortunately.
