App issues
I have used this app for awhile now and never had issues but recently I can’t see any of my account information or transactions.
Online app is a frustrating waste of time.
I don’t live in ABQ; I don’t think I’ve ever once completed an online transaction with the current app, which means having to drive to the nearest branch to complete the transaction with a live human teller. The tellers are always very friendly, no matter which branch; but the app is a useless waste of time and a huge irritation. MDoesn’t “SUNWARD” know anyone who can fix that worthless online banking app? Perhaps a better question is: will anyone ever read my whiny note? 🤪

Can’t transfer money between accounts
I’m no longer able to transfer money between accounts. I’ll try web but this is very inconvenient now
Not color blind!
The app logo was updated! That is the worst colors for an I have ever seen! Who’s going to notice it? Nobody! Hire someone that’s not color blind!😝
