Mobile app does not work!
I can login using my PC but their mobile app does not work! Login says my email account does not exist but when I try to create a login it says this account already exists!! >.< Very disappointing bc it would be nice to see houses real time like all other real estate apps ( i.e. Trulia, Zillow, etc.)

Glitches
This site does not stay up once you open it . It automatically exits out of the app. Also would be nice if we could at least submit walkthrough pictures through here instead of having to go to the computer and upload one picture at a time.

Great idea HPA!
Now it needs to be made functional. I clicked on my only paid, “contingent approval“ applicant. It shows his status as “modification requested”. There is a comment or callout icon on the right which suggests that I can inquire about his status. When I click on the symbol the app quits.

Useless to search for homes
If you are looking to download this app to search for homes, don’t because it won’t work! It may not be made to do so. :-( it would have been great since the website itself is the dumbest alive to search for homes. Great company however if you have a low credit score and want to find a home!

Can’t even log in. It somehow lowers the bar set by their awful mobile website. I should have expected this.

Using same credentials as online and it won’t work.

Thought the APP would prove user friendly however after using the same website login credentials received an error. App deleted.
Can't log in
Set up my account yesterday and paid application fees. I can log in on the computer but not on the app. Error message: "Insufficient Permission"

So happy I can do lots of things on the go in app now!!!
