Non functioning store payment
Tried to buy online but payment processing failed — TWICE on a local debit card. No idea how to proceed now. Their chat robot is another wheel-of-death. Sad to say it’s the equally dire in-store experience that drew me here, and I’m a longstanding shopper of theirs.

Fails at registration
Simply doesn’t work. I filled out everything and checked the boxes, but doesn’t move past the page, seems totally broken.
Nice app
One of the best shopping apps I have came across. It has an English mutation as a bonus.
Great looking app
Very clean and neat app. Haven’t ordered from the app yet but good to look at before visiting the shop. I’m glad it has shop locations. It would help to put the hours of opening and closing as well for that thing that breaks in the early morning or late evening, when can I shop in person. Also showing the product but also showing local shops if they have the product in stock would be great. To me not an issue to drive to a different shop. Just don’t want to waste my time at the wrong shop or find out after visiting each shop the product I want is only available online. Just a couple of thoughts I had as o started to use the app that would take it to next level!
