App trouble
App glitch and says front door is unlocked when it’s not and won’t allow me to lock the door from the app
False Promises On Initial setup
These devices will never worth for their charges, if you change local WiFi password it’s not easy to setup password again. They will charge around $200 to connect.
App lags super bad
The app fails to send commands to my panel. I’ve ruled out internet connection/speed. It’s failed to send commands over 20 times in a row. I literally have to set my alarm by the panel vs the app. Therefore the app is pretty useless!
It no longer connects to any of my devices and support is no help!
Is there any updates available perhaps to fix any bug issues within the app itself.

Garbage
Absolutely nothing works. Not the app, not the website. Do not sign up and get locked in to any sort of agreement with this company.
Waste of money
Been with them 4 years and just waiting til paid off and use a better provider. The app has become useless and it’s been weeks and I can’t even log in to my acct on the app. Able to log in via website with no issues but noting with app. Just constantly loads and cannot get signed in.
