Great App Ruined by Bugs and Nonexistent Support
We used Homer a few years ago and had a great experience, which makes the current state of the app especially disappointing. It clearly needs a major update to address ongoing bugs.
The app is essentially unusable for us. Most of the time, it won’t open at all—it either freezes on the home screen or displays an error message. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times and have yet to receive a response from an actual person.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid for a full year subscription and cannot use the service I paid for. I’ve repeatedly asked Homer to either fix the issues so we can use the app on our iPhone or refund the subscription, but my requests have gone unanswered.
Based on our previous experience, I know this app has the potential to be great, but I would not recommend subscribing in its current state. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. Until Homer fixes these major technical issues and improves its customer support, it simply isn’t worth paying for.

SCAM
This app is a SCAM!! I got it through southwestern advantage which told me this app would be paid for through their program. Now both sides are saying no one can help with the app not even working!!!! This app is a scam and doesn’t load the lessons that are on the app, it shows the load bar and then goes back to the homepage. Also it’s not 55$ for the year, it was advertised on their app for 55$ since I couldn’t get it through southwestern advantage and then charged my card 70$

Subscription based learning is a disease and my child should have access to the things they need without having to pay monthly to some developer to make millions.

En realidad tuve que pagar dinero por esta app la cual no me muestra absolutamente nada, he descargado y borrado la app y no funciona sigue sin mostrarme nada en pantalla
