Cons:
- Inflexible Return Policy: Construction projects routinely leave unused materials due to changing plans—a reality local suppliers cater to by taking back surplus stock. Despite making purchases over ₹2 Lakhs, HomeRun refused to accept my leftover goods, siting their policy.
Verdict: A smooth shopping experience, but lack of support for surplus returns makes it risky for full-scale projects.

Refund denied
Order was cancelled and my refund was not processed. Tried to not issue the refund, it just happened that I checked and realised that they have actually not refunded the money (strategy to make money if customers don’t catch this and raise a concern). When I raised this issue they refunded partial amount and putting the reason on me, which actually was because there was a technical issue at home run end. Beware of such cases and don’t trust HomeRun.
