Stopped working after update!
Stopped working after an app update. Today Widgets no longer populate. Deleted, reinstalled, removed entries then added - still blank! Contacted support three times (once a week, since the last update) but never heard back. Please fix!

Doesn’t work
I delete scenes but they aren’t deleted. Siri doesn’t launch the scenes you create in here from HomeKit you have to do it as an app shortcut and it doesn’t work. This app is bad.
Broke Down Palace
Doesn’t work. Open and it says it can’t connect to HomeKit. Delete, reinstalled, still nothing.
Thoughtful design, feature packed
Very clever app that pleases both power users like me and the non-technical members of the household. To be able to use existing HomeKit scenes and layer on other systems like Sonos is fast and intuitive to configure. I’d love to see a ‘Now Playing’ and weather widget and more icons and layout customization but overall the use of screen space on various devices is sensible.

Good App Layout
Good app layout. The con, no HomeKit camera support yet. A scene cannot be toggled, have to create an on scene and an off scene independently.
Fade in automation doesn’t work
Have tried to add it for both LIFX bulbs and the Lutron dimmer. Neither display the option. Only reason I bought it, doesn’t seem to do anything HomeKit can’t.
misleading description - in app purchases for each smart home feature
they charge you 7.99 for the initial app but you can’t even control your hue lights without an in-app purchase for another 9.99. it recognizes and imports your homekit home, then tries to get you to pay more money to control them.

Didn’t fix my HomeKit not responding errors or my thermostat .. sorry just the truth. Sad face .. can’t add that.

You can make Scenes like “party” which turns out lights and turns on a Sonos playlist. HomeKit can’t do that because it doesn’t connect to Sonos.

Simply the best
If you have more than a couple HomeKit devices, this is THE single app to get. The interface is graphical and a lot easier to find current status and change what’s going on with your devices than most of the rest — including Apple’s standard HomeKit app. Widgets make it easy to access your most frequently used scenes. The app is well thought-out to make great use of an iPad’s larger display, and is just as easy to use on a smaller iPhone. Support is always responsive, and the recent addition of Garage Door support allows me to now use this as my primary app for my growing number of HomeKit devices around my home. Apple Watch support is the only thing this app does not (yet?) have, although Siri via native HomeKit works from my wrist until then. After just a couple. O this of use, its already worth the money I spent on the app without question.

Love this app, does exactly what I hoped it would and with a slick, intuitive interface. Only feature I'd like to see added is support for Logitech Harmony remotes/hubs, it'd make this app perfect!
Terrific HomeKit Control
HomeSense is the cleanest interface I've seen for instantly getting a view of your entire home, seeing which devices are on or off in which rooms, which scenes are active, or quickly monitoring or adjusting thermostats. I also find it much easier to manage rooms and scenes than with Apple's Home app.
I'm controlling over 50 Insteon light switches via an Insteon Hub Pro, 40 Phillips Hue Lights, 3 iHome accessories, and 3 Honeywell Lyric thermostats. HomeSense imported all of home settings from the Home app and I was then able to quickly organize scenes and devices to my liking - in a way that makes more sense to me than in the Home app. The HomeSense UI also lets me see all rooms at once and whether or not lights are on in a specific room, and then turn off all lights in that room.
I do have a couple of light switches that are showing up as outlets in the app. There's an option to edit the device type, but the application doesn't seem to save my selection. Other than that I have not encountered any problems.
I have HomeSense syncing with iCloud, and the changes I am making within HomeSense are showing up in the Home app.
I've also enabled the widget option, and have selected a couple of favorites to show up on my iPhones Today view, and also while pressing on the app icon.
There is one thing I find it slightly counterintuitive. When viewing a list of rooms, you see a lit lightbulb icon if there are devices turned on in that room. Pressing the lightbulb will not turn off the devices. Instead, you press on the left side of the name of the room, which turns the light bulb into a power button, and then move your finger to the right side of the screen to press that power button. I would prefer if pressing the lightbulb simply turned off all of the devices, and pressing the name of the room would open the list of devices within the room. Hope that makes sense.
This really is a terrific app and I highly recommend checking it out if you are a home automation and HomeKit enthusiast.
