Realtors best friend
Absolutely great app. It makes it easy to stay in touch, text directly, and access both public listing information and valuable REALTOR backend data. Similar to REALTOR.ca for consumers, but with much of the powerful REALTOR backend information available in one place. Sharing listings is simple, and it’s become one of my go-to tools for researching properties and communicating with clients.
There are still a few areas that could be improved, and I’d love to see access to documents directly within Realtor View. That would make the app even more powerful and reduce the need to switch between platforms. Overall, a fantastic tool that I use regularly.

The best housing app
HomeSpotter is the app of choice for busy real estate professionals. It’s always up to date and easy to use.
Suggestion
The house type is not very clear, if you can choose single house, Townhome, condo, that will be the best!
Password
It doesn’t recognize my password ever. So many glitches. Get an error message whenever I click price. Go look at Flex and AllJersey, that’s how you do it
What’s going on?
Idk what’s going on for the last month but the app runs at a snails pace. Also you can no longer see lot lines?!
Sales history
Why it stopped showing the sales history?? It only shows the current listing history but not beyond.
And also it should show the land lease fee for the mobile home park listing. It’s never been there.

Great app but login is very buggy
As title states, I can’t log in with my moms phone. Just stuck on the chat log with the message bot.
Password
Same as other reviews. Can’t log in test password still won’t work no way to open app

Logs out randomly and prevents further logins
Sometimes when I open this app, I am logged in appropriately and the app works fine. Other times, I have inexplicably been logged out and cannot log in. There are three ways to login. First is through MLS ID, but the list of MLS systems never loads. Second is through email; the app tells me my email does not exist. Third is through phone number; when I enter my phone number, my entry disappears and the app becomes nonresponsive. Terrible experience.

When you select "Detached" it yields no search results and this has happened since last year and I am using the latest version.
Doesn’t work in Washington
This app is infuriating, I can see homes all over the country except for in the area that I currently want to buy. Both me and my wife downloaded this at the behest of our realtor and haven’t been able to see a single home. I’ve even entered addresses and MLS#s for houses that I know are for sale on other apps and they won’t show up. I put in a request for tech support a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back

Ripoff
Offered FREE through my MLS and somehow charged my credit card $173.
After I file a complaint, I suddenly received an email with them looking to promote one of my just sold listings. This is a joke.

Needs update crashes always
The app was working great until the last update now it’s stuck “loading”
Great when it works
Constant issues over the years still not fixed. Mainly it will log you out constantly and usually happens when connection is poor where you need it most. Also it struggles to find your location and will revert back to some prior listing you looked at several listings before even the last. Basically has some code tweaks from what I can tell needed.

Love the app but…
I have used this app for years in my real estate business. It has been very productive in booking showings and pulling up agent documents on demand. However recently when I go to open a listing I receive an error loading message asking to try again, we think you will love this. This message repeats when I click try again. I have found it difficult to receive support feedback. It also is challenging to navigate the online site when needing to update passwords. All in all, when the app is operating smoothly it is a great app. Tech support could use improving.

Sign in is defective
I am an agent. I created an account on my computer. I try signing in on the mobile app and it will not let me sign in even with the correct credentials. When I use my phone number and provide the correct verification codes, it always tells me the code is incorrect.
Good app with lots of bugs

- Does not open links from imessage in app. Even if you click “open in app” from safari it just send you back to safari
- only accepts a phone number to login in app, but requires an email and username to log in on desktop
- frequently gets stuck, so that every time you open the app it opens to a specific house. Even force closing the app doesn’t fix it. Deleting and downloading the app again is the only fix
