Update locked me out

You change your colors and logo and that locked me out of my account. Great customer service there.

Updated and broke it

Homestreet updated their app with “new colors and logos” related to their merger with mechanics bank. It is now stuck in an endless loop requiring a new update to be downloaded, which then requires a new update to be downloaded, ad seriatim, ad nauseum, ad infinitum. As a business customer of Homestreet, their app was the one bright light in an otherwise dark technological desert. And now they broke it.
