App no longer works
Since the update to the new platform I can no longer log into this app. I have deleted and reinstalled the app without success. The new platform is a huge step backwards, and the old one wasn’t that great to begin with.

This app is near flawless. I’ve only had one hiccup about 6 months ago with mobile deposit. That issue has not been repeated since. Keep up the great work!

Ridiculous Password Requirements … And constantly need to reset it!
Stinks
Downloaded the app just so I cud remotely deposit checks. Has worked once out of 7 attempts for 4 checks. Only think it's good for us checking account balances.
Bad user interface, doesn’t function as intended
Overall, I have been unhappy with UBI but this app is functionally substandard. It is slow to respond, it asks to verify your device every time you want to do anything, it never accepts the verification code it sends you. The app would be acceptable if it were downloaded for use on the iPhone 3G but it is majorly outdated. It makes me concerned about the user safety on the back-end. I have called several branches asking for help using the app and getting transactions to go through and have been told “I don’t know what to tell you… we don’t work on the app.” I’ve never had someone refuse to take my money but that’s not the apps fault… but not supporting the apps failures is a considering in reviewing an apps performance. Overall, you’re better off just bookmarking the webpage in the browser. It’s effectively the same thing with arguably less hassle.
