A step backwards - this new app is going to hurt business if they don’t make it faster and easier to order
New app = terrible
Please switch back to the old app. The UI on this one is nonsensical and clunky. I wasted 30 min trying to place an order and it wouldn’t accept my credit cards and kept freezing where I would have to force close it. Everyone I know in town I also complaining about it.
Please bring back Apple Pay
This app used to have Apple Pay and has now removed it in favor of a clunky CC interface. I haven’t been able to successfully order in weeks.

Hate it. Always have to add complete info w each order. Annoying

New app stinks. No Apple Pay option for credit card and too many questions for initial setup and login.
Worse than the last app
No option to add hot sauce or sub apples for chips. payment method was cumbersome. Aesthetically pleasing but laggy
Tons of issues
Doesn’t take Apple credit card. Doesn’t do auto sign up from Apple or Gmail. Filling in credit card is a giant issue with checkout. Button to check out not obvious given color. When going to website app to order needs to be prominent. Should have a link to the app. A pop up showed up but just closed if ordering online just sent people to download app automatically. Or remove, hide old ordering online parts. Performance on app is slow and glitchy at times.

Not an upgrade
Well, the new app looks great. It’s functionally not as easy as the old one. Putting in the payment message it was a pain and there’s no Apple Pay option. Feels like you went backwards a little bit.
