Worst banking app
Easily the worst banking app in existence. It’s a shame because I live the bank and the consumer side is fine. But the bill pay on the business side is total garbage, access to statements is limited to a few months, I don’t have enough characters here to list everything wrong with this app. Just awful.

Terrible
Getting into the app took many calls, setting up pins and activation keys, which needs to be redone if you get a new phone. My business partner still can’t get in after months. The transfer/bill pay section is hiding under a resources tab, and the link there is unresponsive, so there is no way to make transfers with the app on my phone (iPhone 16)

Unnecessarily cumbersome
HTB business has become incredibly difficult to access. Initial process to get into my account took months of back and forth, and now when I get a new phone I need a new activation key smh
