Great service

Family member had Covid so when out AC failed nobody would come out for at least 3 weeks. Our hvac offered this service as a way to get remote help. My hopes were not high but I was wrong. The guy was extremely helpful. He spent about two hours with me and we were able to find the issue. He even told me where I can get the part in my area. Then called me back to install. Top notch service
