Family member had Covid so when out AC failed nobody would come out for at least 3 weeks. Our hvac offered this service as a way to get remote help. My hopes were not high but I was wrong. The guy was extremely helpful. He spent about two hours with me and we were able to find the issue. He even told me where I can get the part in my area. Then called me back to install. Top notch service

New way to fix old problems
I love that I don’t have to search through Yelp or Google anymore and contact multiple service providers for quotes to fix my home issues. I never know who to choose or who is actually being honest and sharing the real problem. We had a plumber come out 4 months ago who quoted us $2500 to rip out our shower and replace the “broken parts” only to find out it was just a small sensor that needed replacing. Luckily we said no and were able to fix it ourselves— the HomeX app helps us feel comfortable solving problems in our home on our own.

Simple tool to get home fixes quick!
Great app that makes plumbing, HVAC and electrical fixes easy. Can connect with a tech or, depending on your location, can get one out to your house same-day. Can’t recommend this awesome team highly enough!

I had a kitchen clog that I couldn’t seem to fix after I thought I’d tried everything. Made a virtual appointment with Rob and he gave me a few more tips to try and explained what the issue was and how everything worked. I wasn’t able to fix it myself but when I called a plumber I knew exactly what I was talking about and it only took the guy 30min! Super cool service...can’t wait until they have local service in my area!

Never thought I would install a shower head...
... but I totally did. So glad I downloaded this app and FaceTimed with an expert who walked me through installing my shower head. I am not a handy person but was able to master this install in a snap. Totally recommend downloading this app!!

This app helped me remotely solve a plumbing issue in my house. I was able to do this easily, quickly, all without putting my family in contact with anyone. The remote fix functionality is wonderful, and it saved me at LEAST $200. Everyone should have HomeX in their back pocket!

I’m not a reviewer, but I’m doing it now because Home X needs it. I never heard of Home X before until I needed help with my home plumbing and started searching for plumbers on Google. And let me tell you folks, I had pricing and availability all over the field. And that did not make me feel good. I don’t want to waste my super hard earned money. And I’m sure you’ll agree with me on that. Then I came across Home X, and let me tell you again folks, save your self the stress and time and use Home X. They are so nice, like really nice, like super nice, listened to my plumbing problem without making me feel rushed, quoted me for sure a fair price and explained the reasoning behind my price.
