Completely Unreliable
The app is terrible, catches the end of “events” and that’s if you can even load it up. Half the time it says network error or won’t even load. Wouldn’t recommend
Erased my information
This has got to be like the 15th time this app has deleted all my login information and keeps trying to put in the incorrect credentials and will not let me type the password in manually. I’d love to know why this constantly happens and the app hasn’t even been updated in 7 months. Not like you are actively updating in a timely manner so I can’t expect much in the way of operability I guess. Thanks for the semi functioning app.

Frustrating, buggy, and not worth it
This app is a mess. The video feed is choppy, the interface is confusing, and the cruise control/preset feature is broken — my camera is stuck on cruise mode and the app won’t let me delete the ghost presets. On top of all that, they have the nerve to ask for a subscription for cloud storage. Why would anyone pay for a service when the basic app doesn’t even work properly?

Horrible App
Just got my first camera on this platform and downloaded the app. When trying to make an account via phone and email it claims I already registered. When I go to forgot password and use my number and email it says they weren’t registered. Horrible app and system.
Super slow
This app is so slow and annoying. I do not like at all. Needs an update that makes the app more responsive and fast.
Don’t even bother
Cameras have never worked properly and the subscription for cloud storage is bogus, every time I check there’s nothing stored. Sensors are not good either. And they charged my account multiple times a month for months even though I only did one subscription. Invest in better cameras
App terrible
This app is terrible. No longer waking up the cameras to view!
Don’t waist your money.
I bought a camera and the installation was very easy. I had the app for two days and really liked it. But as soon as I paid for a year of iCloud, they deleted my account and won't let me in anymore. They tell me the account doesn't exist. Now I can't even look at it. I don't know what else to do. It doesn't give me any options. I hope they don't steal my account information. I can’t give 0 stars if I could I would.

No telephone support cameras. Useless
After a years use the cameras (4) went offline several failed attempts to reconnect . Error message is doesn’t support 5Hgz WIFi. What a waste of.

İt does not show the camera in the system. I installed many times. it show the camera after installation but after closing the app and open the app again. The camera disappeared from the app. It is a really bad app, the camera works but does not stay in the app.
Terrible App
If I knew this app is this terrible, I would never buy the cameras that go with it. Next time I will stick with known models
Wont let me login to my account
Ive been trying to log into my account all day and it wont let me and i paid for cloud services so i need to be able to atleast cancel that and cant get in contact with anyone.

We paid so much money for this kind cameras. All Chinese cameras working 1 year and that’s it. Need to buy again.

Stopped recording videos
I contacted tech support and tried all their tips but still won’t record videos. All three cameras stop recording all at once. I can still view all 3 cameras via the app remotely.
Do NOT BUY
if you see these cameras on Amazon do not buy, they will be good at first but do not last long! You can find better for the same price , they will tell you to give a good review for $30 refund but they are terrible and they do that because they know the cameras are terrible. They have very poor quality and too many technical issues.

Terrible app, takes forever to open the camera. Have bought 3 SD cards and still says no sd card and doesn’t record because of that. The app needs a lot of work put into it. The only good is that it’s solar powered.
Good camera horrible app
The camera function is good but the app is not. Takes too long to load the live feed and the playback is almost non existent.
