Not working
I don’t know if my phone is having issues or the app. I downloaded the app but then I click on something to start looking and it brings me to the website. What’s the point in having the app if all it does is bring me off the app to the website version. Please fix this
Won’t let me use the app - only online.
Anytime I click buy in the app, it takes me to the webpage. No matter what I click on the app, I can’t browse like before, I have to browse on the webpage. Very annoying especially since I keep getting pop ups from them in the webpage and can’t just browse.
I really wanted this to work…
I like the idea behind homie, but the app has too many bugs to be usable. The worst of which is that the only method of reporting in-app issues (shaking the phone) doesn’t work! I found that it is an option under features (and it’s disabled by default), but even after enabling it, it won’t open when I shake the phone!
Fix that bug first and then I can try to report all the other bugs including easily reproducible app crashes (including a crash loop that requires reinstalling the app) and how my estimated monthly payment on a $500k home is $200k.
Maybe I’ll come back in a few months and see if the app is in a usable state.

Doesn’t show any homes for sale at all! Waste of time!
This app doesn’t show any homes for sale at all I. The entire state. No filters applied. Waste of time. Tried to report by shaking device but no pop up box. Deleted app. No reason to take up valuable storage.
Easy to use!
I have all my filters on for the house I want. It’s easy to use and intuitive as you navigate through the app. Makes buying a house easier than ever. Plan to use when I sale too.

I bought through Homie in 2019 and this app was pivotal in making my search easy. It kept me up to date and I see that the filters and functions have recently gotten even better. The ability to instantly tour is a huge bonus and Homies agents are always quick to respond and help. Great company!
Better than Zillow
Homie gave this a major facelift in the last year. I love the ease of use and that you can see any home on the MLS, not just Homie homes. Excellent app, best way to find a home.

Shopping for homes was a breeze!
I bought and sold a home through Homie in 2019. I used this app to manage my listing, see offers that came in on my home, and I used it to find and book tours of homes I was looking to buy. It was SO easy to use and made my experience streamlined from start to finish. It felt good to manage everything from my smartphone. My agents were both awesome and the app made my experience over the top!

This seems silly BUT...
This is one of the only real estate apps that really lets you navigate with one thumb. I know that doesn’t seem important to most but this is optimal for couch home surfing.

Easy to use, easy to save
Downloaded the app back in August 2020. Love the feature changes and upgrades that have happened since then. The app includes 3D tours, photos, and the ability to schedule tours with agents. If you’re looking for a new home and the ability to save money in your pocket I highly suggest trying it out!
