Easy yet frustrating
I’m just getting started. Everything seems easy enough but when I go to list an item, oh wait you have to verify your number and then your entire listing is gone. Ok verified the phone now can I list? Yes… no. Verify ID. Listing gone again. Edit listing? Nope deleted the entire thing and not saved anywhere. I’m about to make the same listing for the 6th!! time… only takes 2 minutes but man it’s frustrating

I've tried verifying my email like 10 times and every time it never verifies
Haven’t received payout
Had a customer pay through the app December 3rd for an event December 6th. The rental was completed everything was done in the app how it was supposed to do. It’s now been two weeks and there been no payout issued and the customer service representative Natalie can only be reached via email. She’s been “looking into this” for 5 days. Apparently I’m out of $60 from the rental and it’s not the customers fault because she paid the app well in advance. This app just will not release the payment. Please use another app for your rentals!!! I just want some answers. I rent this chair through Facebook and have never had issues like this. Now I use this app and they hold or took the money. They also take a fee out of your earnings apparently which they hide until someone books.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone
I have contacted customer support twice, once regarding a rental that was not returned and another time about a payout I never received. Though the rental was eventually returned, I never received any follow-up email, nor did I ever actually get paid out. The lack of communication and resolution has been frustrating, and based on my experience I would not recommend using this app.
