Easy yet frustrating
I’m just getting started. Everything seems easy enough but when I go to list an item, oh wait you have to verify your number and then your entire listing is gone. Ok verified the phone now can I list? Yes… no. Verify ID. Listing gone again. Edit listing? Nope deleted the entire thing and not saved anywhere. I’m about to make the same listing for the 6th!! time… only takes 2 minutes but man it’s frustrating

Haven’t received payout
Had a customer pay through the app December 3rd for an event December 6th. The rental was completed everything was done in the app how it was supposed to do. It’s now been two weeks and there been no payout issued and the customer service representative Natalie can only be reached via email. She’s been “looking into this” for 5 days. Apparently I’m out of $60 from the rental and it’s not the customers fault because she paid the app well in advance. This app just will not release the payment. Please use another app for your rentals!!! I just want some answers. I rent this chair through Facebook and have never had issues like this. Now I use this app and they hold or took the money. They also take a fee out of your earnings apparently which they hide until someone books.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone
I have contacted customer support twice, once regarding a rental that was not returned and another time about a payout I never received. Though the rental was eventually returned, I never received any follow-up email, nor did I ever actually get paid out. The lack of communication and resolution has been frustrating, and based on my experience I would not recommend using this app.

Needs so updates
This needs to work on the web. It’s difficult to link products and bring attention to this entire platform if the only method is sharing is the app link. Need to be able to share specific product link to draw in users.

Customer Service No Response
If we’re all trying to independently hustle in this app, responses regarding emails account updates and payments should be responded to in a minimum of 48 business hours. Have not heard back from any of my emails one dating back to 11/27/24 (21 days ago). I may update or increase this review if there’s better response times to email communication, which is the only form of support with this company. Should worry a little less about onboarding and more about customer retention.

I love the idea of a p2p rental marketplace and just hope that Yoodlize is able to grow its reach and expand its market share. Right now there aren’t a lot of listings in my area. As a professional marketer, I’d be happy to help Yoodlize team grow ;).
Awesome renting platform!
Yoodlize is great for renting items out that you don’t need to own (camping stuff, yard games, sporting equipment etc.). It’s also awesome to be able to make money for things that you already own that are just sitting around the house. Highly recommend giving it a try. I’ve used it a few times and it worked out great. Also, I love the fact there is insurance or I would definitely be weary of renting stuff out.

For my daughters 6th birthday party we bought several things because we either couldn’t find them or they were too over priced through party rental companies. With Yoodlize, we can recoup some of our original expense and help people out at the same time! I also like the verification feature so I know that I am not renting my items out to a fake profile.

Genius idea
Just made $36 over the weekend to rent out my GoPro. Feelin pretty good about it.
So convenient
Perfect spot to rent things for parties for much less than purchasing! I’ve used on several occasions and everything is always smooth. The app itself is a little buggy but otherwise everything works great.
Great idea, well executed
I own a lot of things I only use once a month, or even once a year. Why not rent them out to neighbors or—here in Honolulu—visitors who can avoid buying the same thing and possibly wasting its potential, too? The app gets better with each revision, too!

Good Neighbor
I like renting my stuff. It feels like I’m sharing and being a good neighbor. Being paid is a bonus and ended up paying for some items 2x over.
New update is awesome
As someone who has a lot of stuff listed for rent the new update is awesome. Renters used to get annoyed having to put in a bunch of requests, now they can just put in one.
