Whats the point
Just noticed all the cool features my new Honda has to offer(never owned one before) and tried to use the social playlist function but it doesn’t find any of the music I have on my phone. Absolutely zero features that work other than the AC controls. Extremely disappointing. App hasn’t been updated in 3years is a joke

Like idea but..
PLEASE UPDATE WITH VOLUME AND BALANCE FADE! I wish I could control volume and settings like moving the sound to the back of the van, or adjusting volume…. As a mom it frequently identifies me as the driver when I am NOT and in the backseat with the kids. We resolve that by plugging in my husbands phone to AirPlay- but I still can’t control volume or things to help while my husband is driving and we have frequent requests from the back.

Worthless
Can’t even connect! Phone and car connected to Wi-Fi and it says I need to connect to Wi-Fi. Fix your problem because other people have the same issue!!

Does nothing useful if it even can connect
This App Is Pointless
I’m new to Honda, and I download this app thinking it was something that you could use to control the temp while you used auto start. However this app is just to use while you sit in the vehicle. This app just promotes pure laziness. If you cannot physically control the temperature setting yourself or ask the driver/front passenger. Well then you’re lazy

Honda doesn’t know this app works on 2022 Passport Trailsports
I contacted Honda agent multiple times, no one seems to know about this app. One person who knows about it keep asking if I’m using Accura. Honda team please let me know if this app WILL WORK on 2022 Passport Trail-sports version. Because, my vehicle setting shows this app and your agent doesn’t know which is very strange!

Great concept, need more distance coverage
I love this idea, and tried it and works perfectly, except how can I do it outside of the car. I thought the whole point of it was to be somewhere and maybe want to send directions something to the navi. You have to be on the cars WIFI in order for it to work.
Please update Social Playlists
As the other reviewers have said, Social Playlists are only good if you have bought the music and downloaded it. Problem for me is my music library is in Apple Music and this thing of an app does not detect it. I even tried downloading my Apple Music songs but it is just the same.

I love this app
This app is amazing you can do anything with the app
No songs found
Like other reviewers, I agree the concept is great - allowing passengers to choose music from their devices. However, the app is unable to locate songs though is able to navigate the artists in their library. Pretty pointless in the end if they can’t actually add the songs.
Connectivity and update issues.
It has connectivity issues and lack of features, Also All models with remote start should be provided remote start option so that in winter we can start car from the app itself and get the desired temperature before entering the car. Other manufacturers are providing these facilities on their even low priced models. Honda should update it and make it helpful and user friendly.

To the reviewers stating you cant see your music. They wont let you use apple music songs. Only songs youve purchased i guess. Until you give that crucial option i will give it 2 stars.

iOS14 Support
App is not functional on iOS 14. Does not request local network access to connect to the Honda systems on WiFi. Works great on iOS 13.
Great...but
It only supports Apple Music. Not other music platforms like tidal and Spotify. Also, it connects with WI-FI! (0__o) it disconnects you from cellular and uses wifi, NOT BLUETOOTH (which is weird because it asks for your location). Please fix this app so i can use social playlists and not just control the rear AC.

Bad app and experience
This app was recommended when I plugged my phone into the USB power. It isn’t even supported for my ‘14 RLX. Waste of a download!
Social Playlist does not work
The Artists and Playlists show up but no songs, so I can’t queue up any songs. For clarity I am using Apple Music.

Great concept... lost opportunity
It’s a great concept but not having the ability to control volume and sound is a lost opportunity. Not worth having app on devices, taking up space, if passengers can’t adjust volume in second/third rows of vehicle.

Title says it all, really. This does not support older models of Honda. I’m sorry if that’s where you’re here from.
