Behind the Times
I opened this account because of the competitive brokerage fee, but am quite disappointed in the overall experience of using the app. It doesn’t have a Face ID login, for example, requiring you to enter your full email and password each time you log in. Once you’re in, it is incredibly difficult to discern what the rate of return has been on your investments. I have to hand calculate my total contributions and subtract that from my total. It also appears to be one of the few financial apps that doesn’t sync up with Mint, leaving my overall financial snapshot without a key component. I’m glad it auto-regulates your contributions so you don’t accidentally contribute more than the legal limit. Overall, the app is not user friendly and makes the status of your investment quite opaque. It’s quite a hassle to transfer IRA accounts but I’ll make the effort because this is just so poorly designed.

Poor app, poor Investment management
Very poor app experience with limited ability to do much of anything - can’t Check returns, can’t add money. No modern app features like facial log in. Overall bad company.
Great App but can’t save a simple login
Glad to see a consumer friendly IRA app led by Goldman Sachs. It’s frustrating that I need to login every time and this also prevents me from adding my login to Mint to track all my accounts.
Won’t let you take your money out fast
Takes days and weeks for them to process anything.

Make login easier
You need to add facial login or at least the ability to creat a pin to make login easier. I’m tired of having to type my email and password every time I want to get in. We’re almost in 2020, this shouldn’t be an issue.
