I can’t review claim history without having the app crash
Missing or inconsistent
Claims randomly are missing. The iOS app shows different data than the web app. You can’t see past submissions. It’s a mess.
Terrible app
I can’t get on the app at all and that is crucial when you out and about. You think I carry my laptop everywhere I go?
Benefit card dosent work in pharmacy
Its the 3rd time now that there is apparently missing information on the benefits card for a pharmacy to enter it in their system.

So I tried to download this app back and forth with multiple and even callethis insurance company for help. Deleted and downloaded again “ member status currently not supported by this app” What a crappy app! 🤦🏻♀️
The worst and most confusing and obtuse app
This has got to be the most poorly designed app around. The user interface is terrible - the information people need is poorly laid out. It has input pop ups from IOS that obscure submit and approval screens. It tries to sell you offers as the leading pieces of information.
As the business owner it makes me want to change insurance providers.
This is truly awful.

App does not work
I cannot get past the login screen
Login works on website not on app
Same account works on website and not on app. I get an error “an error occurred”
Issue in submit claim
This app cannot submit a claim for allowance or health account . There is no way I can submit a claim for my allowance account through their website . Can you please look into this issue ?

The app doesn't allow me to submit a claim and I can't access my account through their website.
Great app
This app makes it very easy for me to submit my health and dental claims. The user interface is simple to navigate and I love how I can easily access my coverage info and see how much funds I have left.
No FaceID
Are we in 2020? What a simple feature to add and improve the ratings here. Not sure why the app was built without it anyway.

Have to use a password manager or manually type in credentials every time you open the app. Also no way to upload PDFs from Files app. You are forced to screenshot PDF receipts and upload from photos

Can't login
Trying to log in just displays a spinner after pressing the yellow "Login" button. Spinner dissappears after < 1s, original login page is reloaded (login information persists), no error message is displayed.
Does not work
Cannot setup account through the app.
So simple to use!
