Data theft!!!
**Be careful in what you share in this app. Data theft alert!!!**
I was trying the application only a day and noticed that they were saving our personal files in google API firebase.
Also, I have gone through the retention policy and have noticed that it is clearly mentioned that they collect the data for functioning and servicing for the user until the user specifically removes the data.
After going through this I have deleted my note and have noticed that my audio still stored in their storage.
Then I deleted my account and still have observed the data is being stored. It’s been more than 30+ days and the audio is still there.
Isn’t deleting the notes or deactivating the account is enough indication that the user wants to remove data, as there’s no other function to specify to remove user data or the files uploaded on their storage server?
I was never informed by any sort warning message during the deletion of the note or deactivation of account that the data is being preserved or the data has to be requested for deletion.
Then under what policy/law/regulation is the data being held without user knowledge under their inventory without the user consent?

語音判讀正確性雖然已經相當高，但還是會有錯誤的情形，但是沒有辦法手動勘誤，希望能有手動修正功能。
Buyer Beware
I loved this app! Loved it! I was using it for work. I was using it for my side hustle. And then all of the sudden it stopped working.
When I finally found a way to contact support they said they noticed odd behavior on my account.
I explained how I’m using it and I’ve heard nothing back.
If I get to continue using it again, I’ll be happy to change my rating. But beware that you may just stop getting access with no warning.
It’s a real shame too because it’s an awesome app.
But not when you can’t use it.
