No response from app owner at all
Data theft!!!
**Be careful in what you share in this app. Data theft alert!!!**
I was trying the application only a day and noticed that they were saving our personal files in google API firebase.
Also, I have gone through the retention policy and have noticed that it is clearly mentioned that they collect the data for functioning and servicing for the user until the user specifically removes the data.
After going through this I have deleted my note and have noticed that my audio still stored in their storage.
Then I deleted my account and still have observed the data is being stored. It’s been more than 30+ days and the audio is still there.
Isn’t deleting the notes or deactivating the account is enough indication that the user wants to remove data, as there’s no other function to specify to remove user data or the files uploaded on their storage server?
I was never informed by any sort warning message during the deletion of the note or deactivation of account that the data is being preserved or the data has to be requested for deletion.
Then under what policy/law/regulation is the data being held without user knowledge under their inventory without the user consent?

I loved this app! Loved it! I was using it for work. I was using it for my side hustle. And then all of the sudden it stopped working.
When I finally found a way to contact support they said they noticed odd behavior on my account.
I explained how I’m using it and I’ve heard nothing back.
If I get to continue using it again, I’ll be happy to change my rating. But beware that you may just stop getting access with no warning.
It’s a real shame too because it’s an awesome app.
But not when you can’t use it.

Useful!
I'm finding this app incredibly useful! It summarizes any YouTube video really well. I hope an iPad version will be released soon. The developer's responses are impressively fast whenever I have questions or requests. I hope the app continues to be updated and improved over time!

This app is great, but some features may be needed for some students who need to read both English and Chinese or use other languages. Like I need the English version to study, but for some difficult keywords, I need the keyword translation in Chinese. Also, I wish it could translate the language using a shortcut or a button so I could quickly read the version in another language. Thanks!

I like to watch youtube for the review of the tech companies. This app saved lots of my time by summarizing the video to words in few minutes. Really love this.

I find myself using this app more and more, especially for the ease of dropping in a video URL and getting back surprisingly solid notes within a few seconds. It’s saved me so much time.

Generally, this app is amazing. It helped me a lot in studying. However, it missed a lot of key points when analyzing the pdf via link. I believe that it will be much better if we can simply just import a PDF file without any missing key points.
